 众所周知,聚四氟乙烯板因其优越的综合性能而被广泛的应用在国民经济的各个领域,不过聚四氟乙烯有个很大的缺点--表面非常光滑,很难和其他的材料粘结在一起,这对它的使用范围造成很大的局限性。为了让聚四氟乙烯的应用范围更广更不受限制,目前已经有了商品级别的聚四氟乙烯表面处理剂,这种处理剂又被称为钠化处理剂,它可以用于聚四氟乙烯管材·薄膜·板材·填充聚四氟乙烯等制品的表面处理。钠化处理剂是为了提高粘接性能,用作处理塑料、填料、颜料和粘接载体等表面的物质。聚四氟乙烯钠化处理剂就是为了提高聚四氟乙烯粘接性能,扩大聚四氟乙烯的应用范围,经聚四氟乙烯钠化处理剂处理的聚四氟乙烯表面具有亲水性,可用一般的胶水粘接聚四氟乙烯。主要是黑色糊状物剪切强度:9.8Mpa处理后的聚四氟乙烯薄膜表面电阻:与未处理膜相比降低1--2次方。
